The decoration of the hotel was delightful, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The common areas were comfortable and inviting, with antique photos and traditional Chinese artwork on display. The hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place, making it convenient to navigate and ensuring a comfortable stay.
I would have appreciated if there were more options available for senior-friendly activities. Perhaps organizing gentle exercise classes or cultural workshops would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for senior guests.

I chose to stay at Hash International Youth Hostel Harbin West solely because of its convenient location near Harbin Revolutionary Martyr Museum. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional staff and reliable service. The on-site bar was a great place to unwind and the laundry facilities made it easy to keep my clothes clean during my stay.
Reckless installation of air-conditioner: safety hazard. Overflowing water bottle next to electrical outlet.

Incredible value for money, easy access to city center by bus, amazing food options nearby. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly, speaking both Chinese and English fluently. The hostel had a great vibe, comfy rooms, and a hospitable atmosphere. The adorable dog was a bonus! The facilities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, a game room, and a 24-hour reception.

They were fluent in both Chinese and English, which made communication easy. They went out of their way to provide us with information about popular attractions in Harbin and how to get there. the hostel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms were comfortable and well-stocked. I also had the pleasure of playing with their adorable dog, adding to the overall positive experience. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

Our stay at the hostel was fantastic! The value for money was great, with clean and comfortable rooms that felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The location was convenient, with a shopping center and plenty of eateries within a 5-minute walk. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the short-haired girl who spoke excellent English. The hostel had a lovely and friendly resident dog that added to the welcoming atmosphere.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have some western food options available.

I had a great stay at the Hash International Youth Hostel. The location was ideal, close to shopping malls and transportation options. The common area had a great atmosphere and live music in the evenings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had hot water. Despite the language barrier, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hostel.
